Bookings
To secure a place; course fees or deposits must be paid for online or sent by bank transfer or cheque at time of booking. If payment is not made, the place will be released back into general sale.
If you pay for a course or gift voucher with a deposit you will recieve a payment request by email at least one week before the course start date with options of paying in two installments or the full amount by the start date.
* Deposits are 25% of the cost of a course. A deposit for a course or gift voucher is non-refundable if the place is cancelled within 5 days of the course date.
Covid-19 studio etiquette subject to change from government covid regulations
In order to reduce the risk of spreading covid whilst it is still circulating all courses are limited numbers and we are still requesting people be mindful of the risk of spreading covid.
If you have been exposed to someone who tests positive for covid and cannot be sure you havn’t contracted it please do not attend the session.
COVID-19 Specific cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend a course booked due to a Covid-related issue, you will have a choice of:
• Full refund
• Full transfer of course value to a future course or
• A Gift Voucher for the full amount paid valid for one year from the original course date.
We kindly request that you notify us in advance of the course start, so that we are aware of your non-attendance and can make the necessary arrangements.
If you have to cancel for other reasons:
If you cancel attending a course with at least 5 days notice, you will have a choice of:
• Full refund
• Full transfer of course value to a future course or
• A Gift Voucher for the full amount paid valid for one year from the original course date.
We kindly request that you notify us as advanced as possible of the course start, so that we are aware of your non-attendance and can make the necessary arrangements.
If you cancel within 5 days of the course date the deposit is non-refundable unless the place is filled.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the course date we may request full payment unless the place is filled.
If we have to cancel
1. The Yard Print Studio reserves the right to cancel or re-arrange courses if there are insufficient participants enrolled to run a viable course. We will do our best to give those who have already enrolled at least one weeks' notice of cancellation. In such circumstances you will be offered a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid.
2. If we have to close the studio at short notice, we will endeavour to give all bookers as much notice as possible and you will be entitled to a full refund, or a transfer to a new course or a gift voucher for the amount paid.
