BOOKINGS POLICY
Bookings
To secure a place; course fees or deposits must be paid for online or sent by bank transfer, cheque or cash at time of booking. If payment is not made, the place will be released back into general sale.
If you pay for a course or gift voucher with a deposit you will receive a payment request by email before the course start date with options of paying in two installments or the full amount by the start date.
* Deposits are approx. 25% of the cost of a course. A deposit for a course or gift voucher is non-refundable if the place is cancelled within 5 days of the course date.
If you have to cancel your place:
If you cancel attending a course with at least 5 days notice (14 days for a weekend or multiple days course), you will have a choice of:
• Full refund
• Full transfer of course value to a future course or
• A Gift Voucher for the full amount paid valid for one year from the original course date.
We kindly request that you notify us as advanced as possible of the course start, so that we are aware of your non-attendance and can make the necessary arrangements.
If you cancel within 5 days (14 days for a weekend or multiple days course) of the course date, the deposit is non-refundable unless the place is filled.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the course date (5 days for a weekend or multiple days course) we will request full payment.
If we have to cancel
The Yard Print Studio reserves the right to cancel or re-arrange courses if there are insufficient participants enrolled to run a viable course. We will do our best to give those who have already enrolled at least one weeks' notice of cancellation. In such circumstances you will be offered a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid.
If we have to close the studio at short notice, we will endeavour to give all bookers as much notice as possible and you will be entitled to a full refund, or a transfer to a new course or a gift voucher for the amount paid.
Bookings and cancellations for Print Club
To secure a place a £30 deposit must be paid online or sent by bank transfer, cheque or cash at time of booking. If payment is not made, the place will be released back into general sale.
Booking a place on Print Club means a commitment to paying for the entire half a term you have booked on to (£30 per week). Weeks vary for each half term depending on how long the term is.
Once you have paid for a place with a deposit you will recieve a payment request by email before the term starts with options of paying in weekly installments or the full amount by the start date (minus the £30 deposit).
Non attendance will still require payment, unless the place can be filled from the waiting list. (The Yard Print Studio is not obliged to fill a place that is missed, this is dependent on circumstances).
Non payment for sessions will result in the place being offered to people on the waiting list.
The Yard Print Studio reserves the right to cancel or re-arrange print club if there are insufficient participants enrolled to run.
